Wendy Austin went from being a theater major to a woman of #STEM. Why is this significant?
Because she had no background in math, engineering, or knowledge of robots initially. The funny thing is about working with kids from 4 to 18 years old and building robots is they teach the best lessons in life about:
- Failure,
- Letting go, and
- Exploding bacon.
Wendy is also funny as all get out (Southern expression). Be sure to listen to this week’s episode of The Intern Whisperer on your fav streaming channel or watch on the Employers 4 Change YouTube channel to learn the answers to the life lessons and what she predicts the future of robots will be in 2030.
